Pinnacle Supply the manufacturer of Time Saver Pipe™ is located at 496 Willow Springs Road, Montfort, WI. At the heart of Pinnacle Supply is Ron and Laronda Wienkes originally dairy farmers, now industrialists. The transformation from dairy to manufacturer began in the late 1990's. Ron and Laronda sold their dairy cattle and opened a boot store in Montfort. They also sold and installed outdoor heating units. As stove sales increased so did the need for creative ways to insulate and protect the water pipes used in the heating process.

After substantial research and experimentation, Ron invented a flexible, foam and foil wrapped, insulated PEX piping system. The original system had two wraps of high-density foam insulation surrounding the PEX tubing and placed in a 4" – 5" heavy-duty drain tile. It was dubbed TSP–14. Ron and Laronda knew their product was good. Proof came as they used it for their own outdoor heating system. For two years, they did not bury the pipe connecting their stove to the buildings. In spite of the hot water running through the lines the snow did not melt over the exposed piping unless the sun was shining directly on it.

With the increase in demand for his product, Ron transformed his dairy barn into the highly efficient manufacturing plant that it is today. Annual production of over one million foot of piping necessitated further automation and innovation. Ron and his team of dedicated employees have updated systems to increase potential production to three million foot per year.
